Key Responsibilities

  • Assess the viability of various properties for our clients, engaging in discussions about rates and conditions to determine suitability for our esteemed restaurant brands and other clients.
  • Facilitate the real estate journey for our franchisees by guiding them in securing spaces and negotiating favorable terms.
  • Conduct thorough research using leading platforms such as Costar®, LoopNet, ICSC, and Crexi, while collaborating with brokers, agents, and landlords nationwide through phone and email.
  • Generate comprehensive demographic reports utilizing tools like Google, PlacerAI, and US Census to analyze income, population, and business density.
  • Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with real estate experts, property owners, and stakeholders to stay informed about potential opportunities.
  • Oversee various projects, manage schedules, coordinate travel, and work with contractors while analyzing rental rates and compiling location data.
  • Conduct remote visits via Teams, Zoom, and FaceTime to ensure properties align with our brand standards.
  • Use our customized follow-up system to track updates, communications, and key dates to ensure timely and successful launches.
  • Liaise directly with clients, vendors, landlords, attorneys, contractors, owners, and the sales team to facilitate smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with offer letters, proposals, and basic lease terms.
  • Excellent administrative and computer skills with a focus on continual improvement.
  • Experience with CRM/Database entry (e.g., ACT, Salesforce, Costar).

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in real estate is essential.
