Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated DataOps Analyst proficient in Informatica to join our esteemed organization. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our internal and external customers while ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of data-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and oversee production data and data exchange-related processes with diligence and timeliness.
  • Provide robust support to various projects and teams to achieve targeted results.
  • Communicate outcomes and any issues according to established team protocols.
  • Assist in the implementation of standardized policies and procedures for routine operations.
  • Ensure that corporate compliance standards are effectively communicated and adhered to on an ongoing basis.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and notify relevant parties of any issues as they arise.
  • Monitor the status of routine production processes and track the progress of issue resolutions.
  • Adjust focus dynamically between client requests and scheduled work to meet production demands.
  • Provide assistance to both internal and external personnel by responding to inquiries and supplying pertinent information.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL Server and Transact SQL.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as guide the efforts of others.
  • Proficient use of standard software packages, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Capacity to balance incoming requests with pre-scheduled responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Progress toward certification is highly encouraged and preferred.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a related capacity, ideally in financial analysis, healthcare economics, or business management.
  • Experience in the healthcare domain is preferred.
  • A commitment to continuous learning as aligned with the company's philosophy is essential.
