We have an exciting Sales Client Team Leader opportunity for you!


The role of a Client Team Leader within Influx is as follows;

  • Leads, motivates, trains, and manages a team of agents to exceed our clients, their customers, and Influx experience and KPI targets.
  • Responsible for achieving the forecast and the Profit & Loss of the business unit.
  • Review customer-led interactions and implement opportunities to exceed support and sales customer delight journey.
  • Be the subject matter expert when it comes to client's policies, products, services, and technology including internal Influx brand, systems, and policies.
  • Build a culture of support, ownership, and engagement to drive overall success.
