In this role, you will be part of our managed services team, providing postproduction support to various Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, SCM, and HCM clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and support integrations, extensions, reports, and application components, with a specific expertise in Oracle Integrations Cloud (OIC). This will ensure business continuity and optimization of Oracle technical objects for our managed services clients. You will be working in a helpdesk shared services environment using a ticketing system, collaborating with multiple clients from various industries, as well as with onshore US-based functional and technical team members.

Your main job will be to provide postproduction support for live clients on integration builds, break-fixes, report writing, and development activities. Occasionally, you will have opportunities to work on small projects, remote implementations and footprint expansions. You will also receive training and acquire additional skills. You will report to the managed services technical team manager based in the U.S.

  • Own, implement, troubleshoot and maintain best practice solutions for Oracle Cloud OIC for RICEW objects as it relates to ERP and EPM SaaS applications;
  • Drive software through the software development life cycle (SDLC) starting with requirements analysis and modeling through implementation, debugging, deployment, and ongoing support;
  • Create and maintain accurate, unambiguous technical design documents with an appropriate level of detail in a standardized format;
  • Work with senior team members to ensure compliance with design standards; and contribute to policies on development, design and best practices for code quality, performance and architecture;
  • Participate in technical work sessions with clients or cross-functional teams for design specifications for new and existing technical components;
  • Track and maintain all development activities in the designated software development tracking solution;
  • Manage and mentor offshore technical team members.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or in a related field;
  • 5 years of professional experience with SQL and PL/SQL, OTBI, BIP, RTF templates, FBDI and HDL, and Workflow tools;
  • 3 years of experience in designing and developing large-scale integrations between third-party systems and Oracle Cloud applications using SOAP and REST-based services;
  • Professional experience in implementing or maintaining integrations in the Oracle Cloud ERP space;
  • High-level knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion Security framework;
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • the following Oracle technologies: OTBI, BI Publisher, OIC;
    • software development principles, processes, concepts, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of Java, XML, JDeveloper, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Groovy Scripting, and Cloud Framework native to Oracle Fusion Applications;
  • Deep understanding of REST and SOAP APIs of Oracle Cloud ERP and building ETL-based integrations through these APIs;
  • Ability to work independently with little or no assistance;
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to the changing needs of our growing business;
