Real Estate Analyst

GoTeam is currently in search of a Commercial Real Estate Analyst to join our team. Our partner client specializes in commercial real estate investments, focusing on strategic acquisitions and development projects. They leverage market insights and industry expertise to deliver high returns for their investors while staying committed to sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Conducting detailed financial analyses of real estate deals.
• Building and maintaining Excel financial models.
• Supporting teams with financial data and market research.
• Analyze and interpret financial statements and projections to determine the financial viability and potential return on investment for properties.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and other industry professionals to stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategies for increasing the value and profitability of existing real estate assets.

• Night Shift
• Salary of up to PHP 45K

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate analysis, finance, investment, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis software.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate market trends, economic factors, and industry regulations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and present findings to senior management and investors.
