Construction Project Manager

GoTeam is currently in search of a driven and skilled Construction Project Manager who will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Work Set-up:

• Remote
• Night Shift (8PM to 5AM or 9PM to 6AM)
• Competitive salary package dependent to the level of experience

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of projects from initiation to close, ensuring deadlines are met, costs are controlled, and quality is uncompromised.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams with clear and efficient communication.
• Address challenges proactively, providing solutions that align with project goals and client satisfaction.
• Ensure that projects are scheduled and executed with optimal efficiency in communication, budgeting, and resource management.
• Actively engage in our open-minded approach to issue resolution, contributing innovative ideas that improve both project outcomes and processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in construction or related field.
• Ability to manage teams with discipline, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes effective and efficient workflows.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating software like Procore
