Job description

 - Assist the Client Services team in managing and executing customer projects.

  • Help in understanding customer requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
  • Monitor project progress and update relevant stakeholders on status and any potential issues.
  • Participate in internal and customer-facing meetings, taking notes and following up on action items.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving any project-related issues or customer concerns promptly.
  • Support the documentation of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Help in gathering feedback from customers and incorporating it into process improvements.
  • Learn and apply best practices in customer service and project management.
