About The Role

Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for consistently delivering sales results that are fully aligned with the business segments plans.

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance; new opportunities.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by constantly tracking and monitoring service levels of the Distributor.
  • Involves travel across India and interacting with local bakers (karigars)
  • Distributor Management.
  • Implement & Execute Marketing & Sales Promotion activities
  • Use Sales Automation tool to report daily market working
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Track and report competitive market scenario.


About You

  • 8-10 years’ experience in B2B Sales in Food ingredients with experience of selling in Oils & Fats (Bakery, Frozen Deserts,, Confectionery and HORECA)
  • Distribution Management
