GLOBAL SUPPLY INTERNSHIPS

DEPARTMENT OPENINGS: Planning, Procurement, or Materials
LOCATION: Fully on-site in Turtle Creek, PA
The Global Supply Intern is responsible for the sourcing, manufacturing development execution, qualification and production readiness of Eos raw materials and outside services.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. On-time-delivery: schedule, capacity, and supply planning to meet Eos production demand.
2. Cross-functional support within Eos’ supply chain team; planning, procurement, logistics
3. Supply chain management: identification, development, negotiation, and management of developing materials suppliers.
4. Monitor on time delivery and expedite as required to meet production demand

FIELD SERVICES SUPPORT INTERNSHIP
LOCATION: Fully on-site in Edison, NJ
As a Field Service Support Intern, you will assist our Field Services team in optimizing finance and accounting delivery processes and enhancing our support for field services related to battery storage technology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage data, improve service workflows, and utilize our Salesforce and NetSuite systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Data Management: Maintain and update data within Salesforce and NetSuite. Support the integration of field service operations related financial data. Finance Application Support: assist in invoicing, financial reporting, troubleshooting and resolving issues while collaborating with finance and field service teams.
2. Reporting & Analysis: Generate service performance metric reports and financial KPIs. Analyze data, identify trends and recommend process improvements.
3. Field Service Coordination: Assist in coordinating field service schedules and resource allocation. Provide necessary training materials and documentation to new field service personnel.
4. Documentation and Training: Contribute to the development of training materials for end-users of Salesforce and NetSuite. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance applications and field service processes.
5. Collaboration: Work with IT and operations teams to support system enhancements/ updates. Contribute to process improvement brainstorming sessions
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Third Year Bachelor’s degree Student Preferred

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP
LOCATIONS : Fully on-site Turtle Creek, PA,  Fully on-site Edison, NJ, or NJ/NY/PA Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Supporting the commercial team by providing market research on as needed topics (ex. market incentives, new markets, competition etc.) 
2. Working with large datasets pulled from market websites on energy fuel mix, demand/net demand of different energy markets.
3. In general, supporting the Business Development and Commercial teams with market analysis on as needed topics/data requests to help with strategic business decisions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
•    Independent worker and curious about energy markets and renewables.
•    Ability to shift from one assignment to another quickly as needed by commercial team.
•    Experience in data analysis

Office Environment - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time and occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.  Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. 
May be required to exert up to ___50____ pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.

Factory - The worker may be subject to hazards. Includes a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, vibration, moving vehicles, electrical current, exposure to temperature changes or exposure to chemicals.   While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, odors, dust, mists, and gases. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.
Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts, and/or operation of machines (including inspection); using measurement devices; and/or assembly or fabrication parts at distances close to the eyes
Machinery operation requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, work boots, and lab coats.
