The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with major consumer brands and aviation product manufacturers in high-stakes litigation. This role can be based in the firm’s Los Angeles or San Diego offices, with fully remote candidates also considered. The position offers a collaborative environment and a lower annual billable hour requirement.DutiesRepresent national and international manufacturers in product liability disputes, including mass torts.Collaborate with a team of over 70 attorneys specializing in product liability litigation.Provide counsel and representation in high-profile “bet-the-company” matters.Draft and review legal documents, including motions, briefs, and discovery.Participate in litigation strategy sessions and client meetings.Conduct legal research and analyze case law relevant to product liability cases.Requirements3+ years of experience in product liability law or similar litigation experience.Excellent academic credentials.Strong references and superb written and oral communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a large legal team.EducationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong academic performance is required.SkillsStrong legal research and writing skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
