The company is a startup / scaleup who are going through a signicant round of funding. They are a SaaS company within the Cyber space and this role is 100% remote within the UK.
They are already very well respected in the industry and their product is used by Fortune 500 and other large enterprises globally, as well as having high profile partnerships in place.
Job Description
- Lead and scale agile, high-performance platform teams in a fast-paced environment
- Design and implement scalable distributed networks with high throughput
- Handle cloud infrastructure setup and maintenance
- Work in cross-functional teams delivering software using Agile methodologies
- Good understanding of OSI layer 3/above networking concepts
- Be responsible for managing and upgrading systems in production
- Be part of an organisation that has scaled a system from a single region to a global level
Cloud: AWS, Azure, Github, IaC, Terraform
App platform: Kubernetes (AWS EKS), Helm, Docker, Docker compose
Observability: EFK stack, Prometheus, Jaeger / Open Telemetry, Grafana
Persistence: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, Kafka
AWS Code build, Airflow, Python, node.js, Go
