Job description

A global software development company is looking for a Sales Development Representative Lead. The selected candidate will support sales initiatives, lead a team of SDRs, and drive client engagement and lead generation. This is a remote setup role.

Responsibilities

  • Identify prospects, reach out to potential clients, and schedule appointments
  • Lead and motivate a team of SDRs and interns
  • Represent the company and promote services to potential and current clients
  • Generate leads, plan daily work schedules, and develop opportunities
  • Maintain relationships with current clients, identify new opportunities
  • Prepare professional reports for executive-level presentations
  • Coordinate with sales reps, perform market research, and utilise CRM for client activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 2 years of sales experience with software solutions
  • Proven ability to meet/exceed sales performance metrics
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Native level Japanese; business level English
