Cloud Solution Engineer, AI/ML

Job Description

In the Technology Cloud Solutions Engineering division, responsible for proposing technical solutions to customers and partner companies, providing technical support, and improving the presence of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in the IT engineering market.

• Collaborate with customer-facing sales/engineers to support the proposal of technical solutions to customers and partner companies for the expansion of OCI.
• Deploy and promote industry trends and know-how related to AI and data science technology internally and externally, complete solution proposals for customers' new business/IT plans centered around AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, partner companies, and internal groups to propose and promote AI solutions. Supply to the growth of next-generation IT in society alongside the expansion of cloud business.
• Link customers' business needs with AI technology, build and realize solutions using OCI and its AI service suite and related products, supporting the success of customer companies, their users, and collaborators to supply to Oracle's continuous business expansion.
• Experience of over 5 years in proposing corporate system solutions (pre-sales).
• Knowledge of AI and its market trends, experience in planning and implementing systems based on the utilization of AI.
• Experience or foundational knowledge in standard corporate cloud usage, products, and technologies (container technology, databases, etc.).
• Facilitation skills for idea generation activities such as Hackathons, workshops, etc.
• Basic knowledge of OCI.
