High economic education in Finance/Accounting, 3-5 years experience in payroll accounting, Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel, Experience with ERP systems, SAP is a plus, English language level – B1 and higher.
Key responsabilities:
- Manage payroll for EPAM subsidiaries, ensuring compliance and communication.
- Reconcile and analyze payroll across internal systems.
- Collaborate with HR and external agencies on payroll matters.
- Participate in audits and prepare necessary documentation.
- Engage in improvement processes and develop ad-hoc reports.
