We're on the hunt for a new Recruiter for our team in India. The role of an IT Recruiter is key to Signant Health's continued growth in India with a current headcount of 330+, and looking to further expand. As the company grows and matures so our approach and processes are continually evolving. Reporting in to the Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, you will be leading recruitment activity in India.

As part of our team, your main responsibilities will be:

  • To focus on further developing our "direct recruitment" model by utilizing all available tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, networking and employee referrals;
  • To champion and further embrace the use of our ATS, so as to build and maintain Talent Pools, robust reporting, transparency in the process, readily identify great candidates and progress them through the recruitment process;
  • To conduct behavioral or competency based interviewing techniques and providing coaching and mentoring on recruitment tools and techniques to our Hiring Managers;
  • To facilitate and promote our "internal" hiring, providing opportunity for further career progression to our employees;
  • To proactively identify Talent and provide advice to the business on trends and developments;
  • To work with our PSL of agencies ensuring that they provide us with the best talent available;
  • To help build and develop our future internship and graduate programs in India when needed.

You’ll need to bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment;
  • Effective use of ATS (we have been using Dayforce over the last years);
  • Recruited at all levels in the business, from Graduate Entry to Executive Level;
  • The gravitas to conduct meetings with our Leadership team and interview senior level appointments;
  • Demonstrated experience effectively and proactively using social media recruiting;
  • Experienced at LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search;
  • Demonstrated passive recruiting skills, i.e. prospect identification, cold calling, referral generation, competitive intelligence gathering;
  • Strong experience with behavioral based interviewing and assessment techniques;
  • Ability to juggle multiple requisitions at one time and effectively manage work assignments and priorities;
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting work;
  • Must be proactive, flexible and adaptable and be able to anticipate and plan for problems;
  • Demonstrate well-developed verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to establish and cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers;
  • Escalates issues ahead of time to ensure that any problems are resolved and tactics can be changed if necessary.
