Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Business Analyst (Communication and Trade surveillance)
In this role, As a Business Analyst, You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business operations and IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret needs and translate business requirement into application
- Work independently with users to understand the biz requirements and convert the biz requirements to user stories
- Strong communication and trade surveillance exposure and financial markets product understanding.
- Ability to engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements in an agile delivery methodology
- Experience in managing the requirements / user stories through the ADO platform
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
- Assess business performance and ensure operational goals are being met.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
- Ability to work independently and able to assist team members in their strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
- Proven experience as a business analyst.
- Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
