Description:

We are seeking experienced Technical Writers with 3-6 years of professional experience who can work independently and deliver high-quality content. The role is fully remote.

Requirements:


  • 3-6 years of experience in technical writing.
  • Expertise in using DITA and Oxygen for technical documentation.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality documentation under minimal supervision.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
  • Write, format, and update technical documents using DITA and Oxygen.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information and create clear, concise user documentation.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects any product changes or updates.
