Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective customers by crafting compelling content for social media classified advertisements.

  • Welcome customers warmly upon their arrival, ascertain their needs, and utilize our established processes to assist them in designing their ideal structures.
  • Maintain the store’s presentation and ambiance, manage incoming calls, and coordinate meetings with the store team.
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach and diligently follow up on referrals and reviews, all while leveraging our CRM system.
