• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant industry standards throughout project execution.
• Collaborate effectively with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent to monitor and manage multiple project timelines.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of labor requirements and field operations related to installation processes.
  
  

Required Skills

• Proven expertise in project engineering, particularly within the solar photovoltaic (PV), battery energy storage systems (BESS), and switchgear sectors.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical engineering principles, coupled with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience in project engineering, especially with large-scale renewable energy initiatives.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred; however, sponsorship for obtaining the PE license is available for qualified candidates.
