Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant IV to join our esteemed team in a remote capacity. This position is crucial in providing executive administrative support, ensuring the seamless operation and effectiveness of our dynamic department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
  • Oversee the processing of expense reports and invoices.
  • Prepare engaging presentations, documents, and comprehensive reports.
  • Deliver general administrative support, including phone management, filing, and supply ordering.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees and contractors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
  • Preferred experience in the pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organization (CRO) sector.

Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications in office administration or related fields are preferred.
  • An Associate’s degree or higher in relevant disciplines is favored.
