Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative functions including email management, appointment scheduling, and calendar maintenance.
  • Provide support to project management by monitoring timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Conduct research and synthesize data to assist in the preparation of project proposals and reports.
  • Prepare and arrange documents, presentations, and reports for stakeholders both internal and external.
  • Maintain effective communication with team members and clients via email and phone.
  • Support the management of social media accounts and contribute to marketing initiatives as required.
  • Ensure an organized digital filing system for easy retrieval of documents and information.
  • Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Undertake additional administrative duties as directed by management.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Capacity to quickly learn new software and tools.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in an administrative capacity or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
