• This is a national field / home based role (with national travel).
• This role is a people management role managing 3 direct reports (Area Sales Managers).
• This role requires managing 2 National Accounts (Headlam Group & Likewise) at head office procurement level as well as local regional branches.
• As National Account Manager / National Sales Manager you will research and identify new product opportunities as well as analysing market trends and competitor analysis.
• You will be tasked with growing POS units with wholesale retail partners.
• You will manage around £20M channel.

The candidate for the National Sales Manager role

• 5 years people management experience within flooring
• Key Account Management experience ideally with IDS or Headlam
• a strong strategic track record
• You must have sold or lead a team within interiors

The Package for the National Sales Manager

• Up to £70,000 basic
• 18% bonus]
