Job description

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Freelance Headhunter to fill challenging sales vacancies with top-quality candidates. This is a commission-based, freelance position, offering exceptional earning potential based on successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top talent for hard-to-fill Sales positions
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques
  • Conduct targeted searches across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and personal networks
  • Leverage your industry connections to identify top candidates
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and tailor your approach accordingly
  • Keep track of candidate interactions and recruitment progress using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Sales Recruitment, with a track record of successful placements
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and recruitment databases
  • Strong networking skills within the sales sector
  • Hands-on experience with an ATS to manage candidate data and workflows efficiently
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work independently in a remote setting
  • Fluent in French, with a strong command of English
  • Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work on multiple projects
  • Openness to recruit for roles in other languages as needed
