Are you a wizard with words? We're in search of a Middle Content Writer who can weave magic through captivating content. Join us as we embark on a journey of storytelling excellence. Your spellbinding writing skills are the key!

You will play a pivotal role in crafting, enhancing, and maintaining content to propel us toward our business goals. Your tasks will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Our dream candidate is a detail-oriented, experienced specialist with a proven flair for imaginative writing. 

Product: All-in-one AI solution for customer support, featuring patented message generation for faster, highly accurate responses to customer queries.

Team: we already have an experienced CEO, CTO with a background in Data Science and Machine Learning, Front-End, Back-end Developers, Machine Learning Engineers, and a Marketing Manager.

What You Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in writing B2B content, with a focus on the tech industry, especially AI or SaaS products;
  • Exceptional command of written English and Ukrainian;
  • Proven ability to write high-quality content in English for global markets;
  • Ability to grasp and simplify complex technical concepts for a variety of audiences;
  • In-depth knowledge of AI markets, customer support automation, and business analytics;
  •  Exceptional writing skills with experience producing various types of content, from technical articles to marketing materials;
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles to create content that ranks well in search engines;
  • Ability to quickly learn about new products and start producing valuable content right away;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including both technical and marketing teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Writing clear, compelling copy for various mediums: company site, ads, blog posts, newsletters, social media;
  • Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services, and inform our community of readers;
  • Create structured landing page content divided into blocks, including FAQs;
  • Write, proofread, and approve E-book content, as well as SEO optimize related pages;
  • Proofread and edit blog posts before publication;
  • Use SEO guidelines regarding keyword research to increase web traffic;
  • Manage and improve the company’s social media presence on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook;
  • Maintain and enhance the company’s profiles on platforms such as Capterra, G2, GoodFirms, etc.;
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles;
  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies);
  • Write magnetic blog headlines that are click-worthy;
  • Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone);
  • Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics;
  • Conducting thorough research and interviews.

Would Be a Plus:

  • Experience writing AI-related content, particularly in the customer support sector;
  • Hands-on experience with workflow tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Asana);
  • Good sense of humor :)
