  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work together with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay updated on company offerings, products, and services
  • Adhere to established procedures and uphold quality standards

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken
  • No previous experience required; full training will be provided
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to excellent service
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
  • Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
  • Valid European Passport or ID
