Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
Address and resolve inquiries related to fashion products and services efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends and product offerings to provide accurate assistance.
Document customer interactions to analyze feedback and improve service quality.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Fluency in Danish (both spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the fashion industry, is a plus.
