We are looking for an interim Executive Recruiter / Research Director who has experience in executive search or private equity.
This will require being onsite in the Westport, CT office 3 days per month.
You will manage our executive talent pipeline and research efforts and help with ongoing human capital needs ranging from conducting formal searches to scaling for potential needs and meeting with proven CEO/CFO/Senior Executives.
This role will play a critical role in all aspects of talent acquisition, talent development, and talent management and will be responsible for developing and implementing research strategies that support the identification and acquisition of top-tier talent for high-impact roles within the firm and with our portfolio companies.
You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, partners, and hiring managers to drive recruitment strategies and ensure a steady pipeline of exceptional C-Suite candidates that are aligned with the firm’s growth strategy.
This individual must be detail-oriented, possess strong business acumen, and have experience researching and developing comprehensive working lists of potential candidates across various industries and sectors.
