Locations: US

Job Description:

What if each digital employee experience (DEX) was better than the last? The 1E Platform helps IT teams improve end-user experience, tighten security, reduce costs, and evolve operations from a cost center to a strategic enabler. Over one-third of the Fortune 100 rely on 1E’s single-agent solution with real-time automation and remediation for more visibility, control, compliance, and observability.

At 1E, you’ll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team committed to reimagining how technology serves people, enhancing digital workplace experiences, and shaping the future of work.

As a Senior Account Executive, FedGov at 1E, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building sustainable partnerships within the US Federal Government sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with key decision-makers, and managing the sales process from start to finish. You'll work closely with strategic Government-focused partners and develop your own territory, contributing to 1E’s mission of revolutionizing the digital workplace.

How you’ll achieve success in this position:
  • Develop innovative strategies and customized plans for each target, winning new customers to grow the overall value of your assigned territory.
  • Engage at multiple levels within each customer and prospect account (e.g., CIO, CISO, CFO, and CEO) to maximize account engagement and ensure long-term success.
  • Build and maintain a network of executive relationships across industry, community, business groups, and with key partners and customers to identify opportunities and increase sales.
  • Monitor your territory and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive demand generation for consistent growth within your target accounts.
  • Stay current on new campaigns, understand their objectives, and communicate effectively with your team to ensure everyone knows their roles in the campaign’s success.
  • Manage existing customer relationships for upsell and cross-sell expansion.
  • Drive pipeline development, manage forecasts, and lead outbound lead generation.

What you’ll need to succeed:
  • Required Experience:
    • 5+ years of experience selling high-value, complex enterprise software solutions into the US Federal Government.
    • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding direct sales goals of $1.5M+ and working with an average deal size of $250k+.
    • Familiarity with the MEDDPICC sales approach.
    • Demonstrated success as an individual contributor with a strong focus on new business development and growth within existing customers.
  • Required Skills:
    • Ability to develop a strategic territory plan and create a relevant execution plan to deliver it.
    • Comfort with senior-level meetings and presentations, particularly in a virtual selling environment.
    • An ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation.
    • Demonstrated ability to grow deals using a consultative selling and value-based approach.
