About the role:
The Sr. Consultant Strategy & Relations Manager will be a key connector to consulting firms and our organization as part of the Consultant Strategy & Relations team. This role will be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and managing relationships at consulting firms along with monitoring consultant insights on the health care landscape. In addition, this role will partner with Sales and Client Success to bring forth consultant viewpoints and assist with opportunities to differentiate our messaging.
Responsibilities:Monitor and compile key themes and insights from consultant surveys, social media publications and press releases for firms in which you are aligned Share key consultant themes with Sales and Client Success teams via live meetings and/or written communication Monitor, track, and manage relationships with consultants in order to drive preference of Included Health’s products and services In collaboration with the Consultant Strategy & Relations team, develop targeted messaging for the consultant community; partner with Sales and Client Success to deliver targeted messaging Facilitate meetings with consultants to understand our differentiators and to drive excitement about our solutionsArticulate Included Health differentiators and value prop in general, and when appropriate, on employer-specific opportunitiesObtain feedback directly from consulting partners on where we succeed and where we need to improveIdentify trends and assist in the development of mitigation strategies, where appropriate, in partnership with the Consultant Strategy & Relations teamPartner with Sales and Client Success on key opportunities by bringing the voice of the consultant and helping strategize how to best partner with the consultant to winInform future roadmap and product packaging based on input from the consulting communityIn your first 30 days:Onboard remotely with the Included Health team through general and Go-To-Market specific training to become familiar with Included Health products and solutionsWork with the Consultant Strategy & Relations team to understand our consultant relationships and identify areas of opportunityMeet leaders of other Go-To-Market teams and understand their roles and responsibilitiesBegin to build relationships and support colleagues in Sales and Client SuccessIn your first 60 days:Have a deep understanding of the Included Health value propositionDevelop a strong internal networkDevelop ongoing reporting to internal partners (Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Actuarial and Analytics) of key themes and insights from consultant surveys, social media publications and press releases for which you are alignedEngage with Product Marketing to provide input on packaging, market competitiveness; sharing feedback on our messaging approach and how it’s landing (we want your ideas and perspective)Qualifications:7+ years of client-facing experience in health and benefits Experience at a consulting or brokerage firmExperience and/or interest in consultative salesExperience in a high growth, fast changing environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information and messages to a broad and diverse audienceStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environmentAbility to travel (travel amount TBD)Bachelors degree required, advanced degree preferred.Physical/Cognitive Requirements:Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:
Zone A: $118,640 - $167,580 + equity + benefits
Zone B: $136,436 - $192,717 + equity + benefits
Zone C: $148,300 - $209,475 + equity + benefits
Zone D: $154,232 - $217,854 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations. In addition to earning a base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Details of the Annual Bonus Plan, including performance metrics, target incentives, and potential earnings, will be discussed during the interview process.
