About The Team

As a part of Nutanix’s Global Demand Center, you’ll join a highly skilled and diverse team of marketing professionals focused on driving revenue and scaling our demand generation initiatives. The team is comprised of experts in Digital, Web, Growth, and Campaigns, working cohesively to execute high-impact strategies that accelerate pipeline growth. Spanning multiple regions, we foster a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced culture where ideas are encouraged, and success is shared. We are passionate about leveraging the latest in marketing technology, including dynamic personalization and Generative AI, to deliver exceptional results. Reporting directly to the Global VP of Growth & Demand Generation, you’ll be part of a results-oriented team that values creativity, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Your Role

  • Lead Demand Generation Strategy: Oversee and execute demand generation efforts for the Global Demand Center, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Manage Digital and Web Initiatives: Collaborate closely with Directors and their teams to drive high-performing digital and web strategies that contribute to overall growth.
  • Drive Key Growth Initiatives: Spearhead critical projects such as Pipeline Acceleration, implementing strategies that directly impact business outcomes.
  • Enhance Marketing Efficiency: Leverage cutting-edge technologies like dynamic personalization and Generative AI to optimize marketing processes and improve the customer journey.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with internal teams including Sales, Field Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment and achievement of business goals.

What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABX at a SaaS company – proven track record of achieving pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field – or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills – demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
  • Expertise in Digital and Web strategies – experience shepherd digital growth initiatives and overseeing web projects.
  • Project management proficiency – capable of managing end-to-end marketing projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally – experience working with Sales, Field Marketing, SDRs, and Marketing Operations teams to meet targets.
