Job Overview

We are excited to invite dedicated and knowledgeable math educators to join our prestigious 3-week residential summer camps, designed for students eager to establish a solid conceptual basis in mathematics and enhance their advanced problem-solving capabilities. Participants often aim to elevate their performance in competitive math settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic and interactive math instruction in accordance with the camp curriculum
• Foster a nurturing and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and collaboration
• Monitor student progress and offer constructive feedback to the curriculum team
• Assist with various camp operations, including check-in, study hall, and seminars as necessary

• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Capacity to inspire and motivate students within a vibrant, fast-paced atmosphere
• Proficiency in developing engaging lesson plans that captivate students’ interests
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics or a related STEM discipline (candidates with graduate-level qualifications or those pursuing advanced degrees are strongly preferred)
• Proven experience in teaching students in grades 6-12, particularly in relation to math competitions such as AMC 8, AMC 10, AMC 12, and AIME
