Key Responsibilities

In this full-time, exempt role, you will be tasked with ensuring that all facets of aircraft maintenance training comply with FAA 14 CFR Part 121 regulations, as well as our internal General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and Maintenance Training Manual (MTM). You will collaborate closely with the Aircraft Maintenance Training Manager to deliver high-quality training that meets industry standards.

Your Primary Duties Will Include

• Instructing training materials in both classroom and remote formats.
• Partnering with the maintenance training coordinator to manage training documentation and the Computerized Maintenance Tracking System (CMTS).
• Designing training courseware in accordance with the Maintenance Training Manual.
• Traveling to various locations to provide instruction to maintenance personnel and service providers.
• Proposing updates to manuals for the introduction of new procedures.
• Maintaining an efficient training schedule to facilitate effective course delivery.
• Revising and enhancing maintenance training materials as necessary.
• Performing additional responsibilities as assigned.
