Location: Boyers, PA (HYBRID) - Mostly remote w/ periodic customer site work activities.

Description

· 5 years or more commiserate experience. 

· Provide on-going support for the administration of the core system applications and perform operational tasks such as proactive monitoring of system resources and perform routine maintenance tasks in support of 24x7 life cycle applications. 

· On call support will be required for technicians under this requirement to resolve problems in response to user issues or automated alerts and support system maintenance and outages and provide the appropriate status to the Program management. 

· This is a shift position. 

· Handles User Requests for File corrections, Backend File Ingestion and Processing on Windows and Linux servers, provide tier 3 support to help desk for end user OPIS support. 

· Proactively monitor all system and application resources 

· Report all system issues or performance items to management and customers. 

· Aid users experiencing problems. 

· Coordinate issue/outage resolution and user notification. 

· Support DCSA-conducted audits/walkthroughs/inspections. 

· Work to facilitate system or network upgrades or maintenance. 

· Perform all routine and vendor-directed maintenance on all system applications. 

· Perform all routine maintenance on all system support applications. 

· Perform/assist in data migration activities, as necessary. 

· Monitor data transfers within DCSA network and transmissions to external agencies. 

· Manage UAT testing scenarios that require knowledge of how the OPIS environment operates. 

· Works with DCSA test users to coordinate testing in UAT before a project is released to production. 

· Works with federal leads and developer staff on production issues that arise.
