What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems that scale effortlessly to support over 750,000 global users.

• Collaborate with a Scrum team to continuously improve frameworks, enhance system robustness, and optimize key features like authorization, routing, and component interactions.

• Tackle complex challenges around stability, scalability, and performance, ensuring high-quality service for our platform users.

• Provide technical leadership, helping guide the direction of backend development while mentoring junior developers.

• Drive innovation by implementing new features and contributing to the architectural design of the platform.

About You:

• Strong experience with PHP, Vue.js 3, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitLab.

• Proven ability to set up backend systems from scratch and manage them through their lifecycle.

• Extensive experience working on large-scale platforms, ensuring system stability and performance for 750,000+ users.

• A natural problem-solver, capable of managing complexity with pragmatism.

• Comfortable working in a no-blame, collaborative environment, where teamwork and initiative are key.

• Experience in a leadership role or mentoring technical teams is a plus.
