We're looking for a Technical Content Consultant This role is Hybrid, Mumbai Office

Content Operations is dedicated to ensuring that Cornerstone Content Users – learners, partners, internal teams, prospects, and customer stakeholders – have an optimized experience with their content subscription.

The quality and diversity of our online learning content will define our success as a company, and Cornerstone’s

Technical Consultant - Content will help captain this initiative. A successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that partner content is successfully integrated into Cornerstone Content products. This role not only requires strategic thinking, but also practical project management, and the ability to deeply understand and effectively communicate technical concepts. The Technical Consultant – Content performance is based on specific metrics associated with the integration, functionality, and ongoing refresh of Cornerstone provider content.

In this role you will…

  • Manage technical relationships with some of the world's leading learning content providers.
  • Oversee the successful integration & ongoing functionality of provider content, ensuring all providers have a positive experience and provider content is successful in our Content products.
  • Solve for content experience and quality issues by identifying problems, troubleshooting, researching, and applying solutions – collaborating with cross-functional support teams and escalating when necessary.
  • Collaborate with content providers’ operational staff to assist in the execution of required deliverables.
  • Integrate and enable learning content providers using traditional e-learning methods and APIs.
  • Create and convey complex technical materials in a concise and effective manner.
  • Design and implement a migration plan for existing content providers as technology evolves.
  • Develop needed solutions to enhance provider or customer experience.
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks as they relate to changes in vendor’s technology or Cornerstone’s solutions.

You Have What It Takes If You Have…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with technical integrations or consulting.
  • 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
  • Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and e-learning standards such as AICC, SCORM, xAPI.
  • Proficiency with systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with AWS Suite, Postman, SQL Server Querying.
  • Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills with strong business acumen.
  • Drive to achieve results in entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures, as the role requires interfacing with content providers. around the world, for some of whom English is not the primary language.
  • Flexibility to work effectively across time zones including PST.
  • No travel requirements.

Extra dose of awesome if you have...

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience with Implementation of e-learning and/or SaaS products.
  • Experience with Cornerstone and/or SabaCloud Suite of products.
  • Work experience in any type of learning content distribution company.
