Job description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Fully Remote in South Africa
Working Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM (with flexibility, UK time)

About Our Client:
Our client is expanding its services in the data centre and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) sectors. They are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to help fill critical, niche roles within this growing practice. This is a hands-on role where you will focus on sourcing and placing top talent to support their partners’ specialized needs in these rapidly evolving industries. Your expertise will be key in ensuring our client has the right professionals to drive success in the data centre and GPUaaS markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Placing Niche Talent:

    • Manage the full recruitment process, focusing on highly specialized roles within the data centre and GPUaaS sectors.
    • Source and attract professionals with the specific skills and experience required for these sectors, ensuring our client is positioned to deliver on client needs.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates, identifying talent that aligns with the evolving demands of the data centre and GPUaaS industries.
  • Candidate Management:

    • Engage with candidates to understand their specialized skills and professional goals, ensuring a perfect match for the niche roles needed.
    • Provide clear, consistent communication throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
    • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of candidates for key positions.
  • Building Talent Networks:

    • Develop and maintain relationships with professionals in the data centre and GPUaaS sectors, focusing on niche areas where talent is scarce and in high demand.
    • Stay informed on talent trends and developments within the data centre and GPUaaS industries, ensuring our client remains at the forefront of sourcing specialized talent.
    • Build a network of passive candidates with niche expertise, positioning our client to deliver talent as new opportunities arise.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing talent for niche roles in specialized sectors like data centres and GPUaaS.
  • Ability to engage with highly skilled professionals and identify the right fit for roles that require specific, hard-to-find expertise.
  • A strong understanding of the data centre and GPUaaS sectors, with the ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes for specialized roles simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach to sourcing niche talent, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates for critical positions.
  • LinkedIn Recrruiter experience- preferably headhunting and posting engaging posts
  • ATS: Bullhorn (desirable)
