Job description

As a Product Marketing Manager at Prochant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products' success and strategic direction. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research, deep competitive intelligence, and becoming a subject matter expert on our products and services. You will also play a pivotal role in GTM for product launches and the development of messaging and positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:
    1. Lead research initiatives to gather detailed market insights from current customers and broader market trends.
    2. Explore and evaluate new markets and opportunities to inform and guide product strategy.
  • Competitive Intelligence:
    1. Monitor and analyze competitive landscape to stay ahead of trends, threats, and opportunities.
    2. Conduct win/loss interviews to gather insights and refine marketing strategies.
  • Product Expertise:
    1. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Prochant’s products, becoming the go-to expert internally and externally.
    2. Assist in new product development, pricing, and enhancements based on feedback and identified market needs.
  • Messaging and Positioning:
    1. Craft compelling messaging that clearly differentiates Prochant’s products in the market.
    2. Develop strategic positioning documents that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    1. Help plan and execute the strategy to launch new products or features to the market with a particular focus on defining product scope, benefits and features to provide a foundation for content creation.
    2. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a unified approach to market entry.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience and/or consulting, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors. 
  • Proven track record in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and sales support. 
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead projects effectively.
