SUMMARY:

InfiniSource Consulting Solutions, Inc. is currently searching for Human Resources (HR) Generalist to support our corporate office. (At this time, this is a remote position, but willingness to meet in the Reston area may be requested in the future).

The ideal candidate for the HR Generalist role has proven expertise in Human Resources. This includes benefits administration, talent acquisition, compensation, reporting, and training. To succeed in this role, you should be patient and compassionate, have excellent listening skills, and be able to multitask effectively.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must have Assist in creating and distributing internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, compliance, new regulation, or company policies
  • Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs
  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries and coordinate with the appropriate internal and external entities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements
  • Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the talent management processes
  • Collaborate with human resources and business development to develop effective recruitment strategies for active and pipeline recruiting
  • Identify future staffing needs and assist the respective departments in recruiting efforts
  • Review and select resumes during hiring processes and update HRIS system accordingly
  • Submit monthly and annual compliance reports
  • Provide audit support as needed
  • Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
  • Process complaints regarding sexual harassment, discrimination, or other instances of workplace harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions
  • Administer annual compliance trainings to the organization through the HRIS LMS platform
  • Maintain employee personnel records and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate offboarding, conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action based on feedback
  • Assist in developing and executing HR procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Participate in development of HR objectives and systems for ongoing company requirements
  • Assist in the upkeep of employee handbook, contract list, and organizational chart, while taking initiative to contribute to policy development and implementation


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience working in the human resources field
  • Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset
  • Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and significant knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems (Paylocity/Unanet), and the ability to learn new technical systems as needed
