What we’re looking for: 

SHAZAM is looking for a Manager, EFT Solutions to join our team. In this role, you will manage an assigned area of client retention and revenue growth. 


What you'll do: 

  • Assures that activity levels are conducive to retaining clients and engaging them actively in their relationship with SHAZAM.  Leads the overall strategic SHAZAM relationship for financial institutions and provides leadership to client executives while monitoring assigned accounts to endure SHAZAM procedures support contract provisions and meet client’s strategic needs.
  • Focuses on and develops ideas and plans that support pipeline growth and sales cycle adherence to quota ratios for assignments along with leading the contract renewal process.
  • Leads the team’s development of data and analytics skills, as well as the ability to communicate them to clients.  Methods may include role-play, rehearsal, etc.  Responsible for all staffing needs of the team, and development related to team’s responsibilities. Responsible for hiring, developing, and maintaining a competent professional staff that adheres to SHAZAM’s mission statement and strategic goals.  Creates and delivers performance reviews for the assigned CE’s.
  • Provides feedback as to market trends, client perspectives, product gaps or opportunities.
  • Executes one-on-one meetings with CE’s to ensure their development is individually appropriate and in keeping with team standards and goals.
  • Navigates internal teams and processes with the intent of reducing time spent on internal-facing activity and increasing client-facing activity.
  • Supports Managing Director, EFT Solutions executing campaigns, plans and programs, alleviating the time spent on Human Resource and cross-departmental activities.
  • Serves as the “first-line of defense” for client-related escalations, guiding and coaching the CE’s to solve problems and engage productively with internal teams.

What you need:

  • Strong track record in relationship management, data/analytics, contract negotiation, and sales are necessary.
  • Experience in a leadership role preferred.
  • Financial industry experience strongly preferred.
