Salary: $38.00 USD Hourly - $42.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Learning and Development Parter II/NextGen Trainer

Fully Remote

12 Month Contract

This Job Will Have The Following Responsibilities

  • Must have EPM experience.

Position Overview: The Learning and Development Partner supports organizational growth by enhancing employees’ knowledge and skills through various learning solutions. This role aligns with the company’s purpose, vision, and values, fostering a learning environment with engaging facilitation techniques.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

Facilitate training programs and support learners both in-person and remotely.

Provide exceptional onboarding experiences.

Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs, business leaders, and L&D team members.

Address skill or knowledge gaps with appropriate actions.

Measure outcomes through assessments.

Summarize feedback for continuous improvement.

Manage administrative functions in the Learning Management System.

Share expertise and ideas with the team.

Demonstrate the business value of learning solutions and adjust content as needed.
