Job description

Our client is seeking two Lead Analysts for their Analytics & Insights team. These roles are integral to the team's mission of bringing data-driven insights to the forefront. As a Lead Analyst, you will be the resident expert in data for your team, ensuring data capture, determining strategic questions, and sharing insights through reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial discovery process for newly assigned products and platforms
  • Regularly review product flows and engagement levels across channels
  • Define and execute data analytics work relevant to your product in an Agile Sprint environment
  • Assist Product Owners in creating presentation materials for executive leadership
  • Understand and be the subject matter expert on the current technology setup relating to the product
  • Regularly check-in with Product Owners to understand needs and share analytics insights
  • Collaborate effectively with other members of the agile team


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 5-7 years of digital analytics experience
  • Strong hands-on Power BI and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) experience is required
  • Prior experience leading an analytical workstream or project
  • Strong presentation and client-facing skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ADO and JIRA or process philosophies such as AGILE
  • Experience working with clients to adopt a maturing set of analytics to inform optimization
  • Comfort with balancing multiple requests and prioritizing tasks in partnership with clients and internal stakeholders


This is a remote role, supporting CST & EST time zones. The contract duration is 12+ months, with potential for extension.
