Responsibilities:Partner with customer success, product and enterprise teams to support robust clinical outcomes monitoring and reportingClinical data quality control and cleaningClinical (biometrics, self-report, survey-based, claims-based) data reporting for internal and external clientsClinical outcomes analytics that includes trend analysis and creating visualizations to communicate health outcomes and drive cost efficiency within a clinical protocol/interventionDevelop dashboards, reports and documentation to help teams make data-driven decisionsCollaborate with other analysts, data scientists, engineers and clinical researchers to ensure data quality and analytical rigorRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related)1-2 years experience as a data analyst in the healthcare technology space or related fieldFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform, Looker (data visualization), dbt, or other business intelligence toolsProficiency with SQL and familiarity with Python or R and ability to write clean, maintainable code for data analysisClinical analytics training and including experience analyzing clinical outcomes data (both biometric and self-reported) and healthcare claims (medical and pharmacy) dataKnowledge of HIPAA, data privacy guidelines as they relate to PHI and digital healthExperience with claim files and definitionsExperience working with multidisciplinary technical teams including product managers, designers and engineersExperience in data/database managementProactive and collaborative working style and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teamsExperience in a startup or fast-growing companyBasic statistical analysisInterest in learning new platforms, tools and innovations in data analyticVida is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
