- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree within Electrical 

Engineering, or Computer Engineering

- Course or internship experiences related to the following areas would be required

  - Digital Systems, Digital Design, VLSI Design with RTL in verilog or systemverilog

  - Scripting language such as Perl or Python.

  - Experiences with setting up and working under Linux
