Our commitment to innovation and safety in providing ergonomic solutions to our clients is reflected in our culture, and we seek a dedicated professional to join our Cyber Security - Identity & Access Management (IAM) team.

Key Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all authorized personnel have suitable access to our systems, data, and applications. Your key duties will encompass:

  • Strategizing and executing our Global Identity and Access Management Program.
  • Crafting and updating program materials pertinent to identity and access management.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest developments and trends in the industry.
  • Managing the user identity lifecycle, which includes onboarding, offboarding, and account modifications.
  • Ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations as per our information security program guidelines.
  • Addressing audit findings and implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Handling escalated user and customer inquiries along with support tickets.
  • Enforcing the principles of least privilege effectively.

Required Skills

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following skills:

  • Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python.
  • Strong technical expertise in identity and access management solutions as well as privileged access management.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, including NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO, GDPR, and other global privacy regulations.
  • Experience with database architectures, ERP systems, SaaS offerings, and hybrid cloud environments.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who meet the following qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM or a related discipline.
  • Strong technical skills in identity and access management solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) or Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP) preferred.
  • A background in IT security or a comparable area is advantageous.
