D365 Technical Engineer
Job Summary
As a D365 Technical Engineer / Developer, you will be responsible for conducting the development and implementation of custom solutions, integrations, and enhancements within our Dynamics 365 environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive technical excellence and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that align with organizational goals. Your role will also involve ensuring the stability and efficiency of the platform through proactive troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.
Job Responsibilities
Technical Expertise: Drive the development and delivery of complex customizations, integrations, and enhancements within Dynamics 365, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives.
Solution Development: Develop, test, and deploy enhancements and customizations, focusing on optimizing performance and adhering to best practices.
Advanced Troubleshooting: Conduct in-depth diagnostics and root cause analysis for critical issues within the D365 environment, implementing long-term solutions to improve system stability.
Enhancement Delivery: Drive the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, compliance with standards, and successful deployment into production environments.
Mentorship and Collaboration: Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and driving continuous improvement in development practices.
Process Optimization: Work with business system analysts and functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that streamline business processes and enhance system functionality.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all developed solutions undergo rigorous testing to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity before production deployment.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical recommendations, ensuring solutions meet both short-term needs and long-term goals.
Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed documentation of all customizations, integrations, and technical processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and system reliability across the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a D365 Technical Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 development tools (X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps).
Experience with D365 integration technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Common Data Service (CDS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Certifications in Dynamics 365 development and customization (e.g., MB-400: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer) would be an advantage.

COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION:

We provide market-driven base pay, based on skills, abilities, and level of experiences. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $86,200.00 - $114,915.90, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved. While the specific bonus plan and target amount will be determined based on the role and breadth of contributions, the targeted bonus plan and targeted percentage amount for this role is Bonus - MIP, 10% Annual.
