What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities:
1: Maintains automated timekeeping system which involves new hires, transfers, terminations and security issues. Requires a complete understanding of the timekeeping software and the time and attendance policies that apply to staff.
2: Provides data entry and verification of employee payroll hours. Identifies and resolves incorrect recordings of hours on timesheets. As needed, provides reconciliations of manual forms to computer generated output to assure proper update of all information.
3: Investigates and resolves all inquiries regarding time and attendance to all levels of staff. Requires knowledge of both manual and automated systems utilized.
4: Generates expense reports (as required) on behalf of staff. Ensures proper documentation to support expenses is provided and/or verified.
5: Responsible for staff lodging arrangements, as needed.
6: Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

What You Need To Succeed:
Qualifications:
Education: High School or equivalent required 
Experience: Up to 1 year related experience required.

Skills & Abilities: Effective organization skills and attention to detail is required, excellent computer skills especially in the use of spreadsheet and/or databases are required, ability to work on a team.
