Job description

As an HR Specialist Payroll (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the daily execution of payroll processes. You will oversee the accurate and timely review, processing, and maintenance of payroll data and procedures in our payroll systems, ensuring compliance with our service and performance goals. In this role, you will handle payroll for our employees based in Germany, working closely with other teams and collaborating with government authorities.

This position can be carried out in a hybrid model: you'll spend some days in our Osnabrück office, working with the best colleagues in the world, and other days working remotely from the comfort of your home.

The roles can be offered either as full-time or part-time positions, depending on your preference.

As an HR Specialist Payroll (m/f/d), your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently and responsibly handling payroll processes on time
  • Managing administrative tasks related to employee matters, such as contract
  • changes, new hires, and terminations
  • Supporting departments and employees with tax and social security matters
  • Handling various inquiries from authorities
  • Preparing reports and analyses

Your successful profile includes:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
  • Solid experience with SAP HR
  • Proficiency with Office software
  • Ideally, some initial experience in payroll processing
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • English skills are a plus
  • Willingness to continuously develop professionally
