EquipmentShare is Hiring an Fleet Allocation Specialist

EquipmentShare is searching for a Fleet Procurement Specialist for our corporate office in Columbia, MO. This role will involve daily follow up with local branches and manufacturers to ensure attachments are being received and serialized, collaboration with Regional Fleet Managers as well as local branches to keep upcoming and existing branch inventory in stock with key assets while also vetting new opportunities, and developing relationships with pre-existing and new manufacturers.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Allocate equipment off open orders to branch locations to support organic growth and new branch openings.
  • Interact with suppliers to coordinate logistics for shipments and ensure order accuracy.
  • Promptly respond to local and regional requests for new fleet.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Construction industry knowledge preferred but not required
  • Previous administration experience preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • College Degree preferred but not required
  • At least 2 years professional experience

Physical Requirements

  • Be able to sit at desk while using a computer for long periods of time
