In this engaging role, you will support the development and merchandising of retail products, ensuring they meet the needs and preferences of our Dutch-speaking customers. Your contribution will help enhance product visibility and improve overall customer satisfaction in a retail environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the selection and merchandising of products for retail sales.
  • Coordinate product information and specifications in Dutch to ensure clarity for customers.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies.
  • Provide support in training and guiding retail staff on product features.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
  • Generate reports on product performance and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and solid proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in retail, merchandising, or product management preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in handling product-related tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of market trends within the retail industry.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with retail management software is a plus.
