The Opportunity:

Contributes to the Ensemble vision and mission of “Redefining the possible in healthcare by empowering

people to be the difference” by coordinating and directing activities of the Enterprise Risk Management

(ERM) Program that assists Leadership in identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring risks.

The Director, Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for working across the enterprise to establish

and operate a sustainable enterprise risk management program that supports the projected growth and

aligns with the regulatory expectations and organizational strategies. This includes facilitating the

development and implementation of enterprise risk management tools to assist in managing enterprise

risk. This position requires a leadership approach that is engaging, imaginative, collaborative, and

organized.

Strong business acumen, understanding of revenue cycle business and IT operations, strong analytical

and project management skills.

Adept at assessing complex processes to identify potential financial, operational, and compliance risks

warranting audit attention and to offer strategic improvements to mitigate risks.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Decisive and possesses a "big picture" perspective.

Self-starter with demonstrated ability to take own initiative.

Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships and organization alignment,

influence decisions, engage and motivate teams, and drive results.
